Engineering Minor

Minor Requirements

The Engineering minor follows the same three-part model as the major. Students must complete six engineering courses, as follows:

Engineering Sciences (2):

One of
ENGR082 HM - Chemical and Thermal Processes
ENGR083 HM - Continuum Mechanics
ENGR084 HM - Electronic and Magnetic Circuits and Devices
ENGR085 HM - Digital Electronics and Computer Engineering
ENGR086 HM - Materials Engineering
And one follow-on course in the same discipline as the first

Engineering Systems (2):

ENGR079 HM - Introduction to Engineering Systems (taken as part of the College’s Common Core)
ENGR101 HM - Advanced Systems Engineering
