Description: This course is designed to help students explore and understand their impact on others as well as other people’s impact on them. Students will experience in a small and intimate training group (max. 12) how changing their behavior is changing their impact on others. As a result students will learn how to authentically engage, have their intended impact, and create more productive and trusted relationships. Participation at the weekend retreat late in the semester is required to pass this course. No credit/no-credit grading.
